Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Exclude api_check on lxd scenarios"
  - Exclude api_check on lxd scenarios

    Most of the tests are OK but the last tests deal with qcow2 images
    the testcase is therefore not compatible with lxd sceanrio
