Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  to c5dd7cd75ddf7d3a8d4804213c25b7495a41f172
  - Remove obsolete job

    It's currently disabled and can be easily generated.
    Let's remove it until it's needed.
