Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/snaps from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Changes SecurityGroupSettings & SecurityGroupRuleSettings constructor to use kwargs."
  - Changes SecurityGroupSettings & SecurityGroupRuleSettings constructor to use kwargs.

    And changed line lengths to 79 for pep8.
