Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/armband from branch 'master'
  - p/fuel: lib.sh: Use host-passthrough CPU model

    Fix libvirt 3.x compatibility issues by explicitly setting the CPU
    model to host-passthrough via virt-install.
