Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "libyajl: install from pkg"
  - libyajl: install from pkg

    libyajl needed for ovs_events and ovs_stats, removed installing
    from src and rather installing as deb pkg
