Proposing Patrice Buriez a commiter in SampleVNF

Patrice has contributed greatly to SampleVNF E/F/G release.

Achievement/Contributions include:
 - Provided quite many high-quality review comments.
 - Enhanced PROX VNF and added new feature to PROX.
 - Fixed multiple Bugs in PROX VNF.
 - Jenkins verify test evolvement.
 - SampleVNF Architecture Improvement.
