Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/apex from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - docs: fix default password and yum.repo.d

    - password for root in debug mode is defined in DEBUG_OVERCLOUD_PW
      document has to be updated

    - '/etc/yum.repo.d' is the right yum repo directory in Cent OS 7
