Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Update requirements_absolute_requirements.txt

    JIRA: -

    For offline deployment, some packages' versions need to be
    upgraded and add the version limitation of tacker and tacker
    client.
