Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sfc from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Increase logging" into stable/fraser
  - Increase logging

    Apex deployments are currently failing and it could be because it uses the
    wrong config file. We are currently not logging what file it is fetched and
    that's what this patch tries to fix
