Removal of inactive committer

Michael Haugh has been inactive in the OPNFV community for a long time. He

- was not present in the project meetings for more than 6 months
 (see participant lists in the minutes or IRC); AND
- did not contribute any patch for the project for more than 6 months; AND
- did not participate in the email discussion of the project for more than 6 month AND
- the registered email address is no longer valid

This commit propose a committer removal according to OPNFV policy[1]

Committers who has objection please respond within one week.
