Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  to cc34c4492b58fd217451faacf54359f2b5ad6d06
  - Removing NetReady from Jenkins config

    NetReady has been archived a while ago, but still some Jenkins config
    is left and the Anteater job is run. This removes all remaining config.
