Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Bug-fix: syntax error for add compass pod yaml

    JIRA: BOTTLENECK-178

    Containerized compass does not support ssh method to get the POD
    yaml anymore. This patch is to fix the syntax error of last patch.
