Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Replace nova client create keypair with shade." into stable/fraser
  - Replace nova client create keypair with shade.

    Function create_keypair now uses shade client instead
    of nova client.
