Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Prox L3FWD 2-port test fix

    JIRA: YARDSTICK-802

    Updated the handle config for l3fwd 2 port test
    The tx and rx descripters is removed as they
    were not there in original DATS config.
    The BM test was dropping packets beacuse of this.
