Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/vswitchperf from branch 'master'
  - Xena_Doc_mono_install_update: Update mono install pointer

    Mono Version 5.10 breaks mono execution of Xena2544.exe.

    Fix Xena install notes to point to a working version of Mono(5.8)
    when setting up to use Xena2544.exe.
