Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/samplevnf from branch 'master'
  - * fix encryption: ESP packet format
    * fix traffic routing
    * enqueue packets in a bulk (improve crypto performance: TBD)
    * improve code clarity
    * fix crypto dequeuing
    * complete decryption path implementation
    * NOTE: the code works in a chain mode; crypto init to be fixed next
