Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/container4nfv from branch 'master'
  - VNF: Clearwater-project

    Clearwater implementation for k8s.
    1. /ci/build.sh build the images docker and /ci/upload.sh generates
    the tarballs.
    2. Inside vagrant/kubeadm_clearwater/ is the vnf implementation.
