Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - Merge "xci: xci-deploy.sh: Fix variable names for bifrost and OSA"
  - xci: xci-deploy.sh: Fix variable names for bifrost and OSA

    The correct variable name is OPENSTACK_{BIFROST,OSA}_DEV_PATH instead of
    OPNFV_{BIFROST,OSA}_DEV_PATH.
