Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Create host VMs configuration"
  - Create host VMs configuration

    Using xml files deploy the VM's using the virt plugin.
    This code generates the user-data network-config meta-data
    and the vm's xml. It also deploys the vm
