Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/parser from branch 'master'
  - Synchronize requirements with stable/pike

    All packages included in Functest should be strictly conform with
    OpenStack Pike global requirements.

    The next python packages are fine:
      - nfv-heattranslator
      - nfv-toscaparser
      - nfv-parser
