Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sfc from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Bug fix: Correct the ips in the config"
  - Bug fix: Correct the ips in the config

    When doing ha, controllers get the .11, .14 and .15 whereas computes get
    the .12 and .13. The current config was wrong
