Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - Merge "xci: xci-deploy.sh: Print scenario git SHA"
  - xci: xci-deploy.sh: Print scenario git SHA

    It's useful to be able to tell which particular version of the scenario
    we are deploying so we print the git SHA along with the rest of the
    deployment information.
