Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - docs: Remove info about the flavor aio

    The flavor aio is disabled by change https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/#/c/58595/
    so it is important to update the documentation accordingly.

    The expectation is to put it back if/when aio is properly verified.
