Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/storperf from branch 'master'
  - Remove localhost from emitter.py

    emitter.py sends metrics to localhost and storperf-graphite.
    Since no graphite module is present at localhost, it
    needs to be removed from emitter as well.
