Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/bottlenecks from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Add test monitoring module"
  - Add test monitoring module

    JIRA: BOTTLENECK-172

    Add the monitoring module for Bottlenecks testing. Merging into
    the framework will be in another patch since framework is under
    refactoration.
