Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Use run_dir instead of hard coding"
  - Use run_dir instead of hard coding

    Cluster name now can be set in DHA file
    which makes ansible dir changeable. Use
    run_dir variable to point to correct dir.
