Lint failed on INFO.yaml

Hi, opnfv is not linting changes to the INFO.yaml
I will add a check.

For the automation job to fix the group membership,
linting must pass.

I have fixed the yamllint errors, and removed the INFO file
as it is no longer needed.

Please merge this commit.
