Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Refactor tempest common"
  - Refactor tempest common

    It also renames two testcases and updates all docs because tests
    run in parallel in case of tempest smoke.

    To force one thread as before:
