Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  to 5360b47f03a7b8d8b1487943c74c7edbd2255935
  - Remove former Functest shell scripts

    They are obsolete because the verification jobs are generated via
    XtestingCI (see Functest, Airship, CNTT, etc.). It's safe as Fuel,
    the latest old OPNFV installer, dropped its gating due to lack of
    hardware resources.
