Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - ADD tc042 into CI

    JIRA: YARDSTICK-1108

    We add this test case in ovs_dpdk-ha and ovs_dpdk-noha testsuites
    also add image build into load_images script
