Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
  - Merge "check-jinja: Add optional filtering of test matrix"
  - check-jinja: Add optional filtering of test matrix

    When adding new PDFs, it is sometimes useful to check only the newly
    added PDF (or all the PDFs for a specific lab) against all or only
    some installer templates.
