Add yamllint verification of compass4nfv

JIRA: OCTO-160

lf-build1 is something wrong with git, it will affect compass4nfv's patch to check in.
So cancel the config of project-pattern.

aricg fix it on time, the config of project-pattern(compass4nfv) added in.
