Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/qtip from branch 'master'
  - Merge "refactor storperf scripts structure"
  - refactor storperf scripts structure

    - Run qtip and storperf containers by docker-compose
    - Cope the current patch changes into qtip container for verification
    - Run the script run_storage_qpi.sh for storperf test
