Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - xci: Skip functest healtcheck if it is Kubernetes scenario

    We need to work on functest healthcheck for Kubernetes scenarios.
    Until we get it working, healthcheck is disabled.
