Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
  - Add the huawei-pod1 PDF and IDF

    it include the information about the huawei-pod1
    such as, cpu, memory, disk, interface, BMC
    and encrypt the ipmi user and password
