Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'stable/fraser'
  - Merge "Fix UserConfig objects" into stable/fraser
  - Fix UserConfig objects

    UserConfig is expecting domain_name as arg instead of domain.
    Else all vnfs cannot work against non Default domains.
