Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sfc from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - Merge "Bug fix: allows searching vnfd_id based on name" into stable/euphrates
  - Bug fix: allows searching vnfd_id based on name

    It is currently impossible to obtain the vnfd_id based on the vnfd_name when
    we want to create the vnffg
