Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/samplevnf from branch 'stable/euphrates'
  - l2l3_stack: fixing the arp_route_tbl/nd_route_tbl

    This patch adds the dest ip back into the parsing logic so that
    legacy usage is maintained intact.
