[XCI] Fix ansible synchronize module parameter

synchronize module unsupported parameter "recurse",
it would be failed, when trying to synchronize the directory.
we need change it to "recursive", more information please refer to
http://docs.ansible.com/ansible/devel/modules/synchronize_module.html
