Updated Dell Lab's Documentation (Trevor fixed merge conflict with Dell.rst)

JIRA: Pharos-68

Test lab documentation updated. Includes information for the
third POD that was recently added.
Changes to Dell lab images in corespondance to the networking
changes made at the lab.
