Adopt TestcaseBase for ONOS and ONOS SFC

1. Adopted TestcaseBase for ONOS and ONOS SFC
2. Removed the ONOS testcase from exec_test.sh

This patch is not meant to refactor the code which can
be improved in a later patch.
