Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/dovetail from branch 'master'
  - Renaming test cases to include test framework names

    Replacing the generic "dovetail" prefix of the testcase definitions with
    the name of the OPNFV test framework which hosts the test.

    JIRA: DOVETAIL-719
