Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/compass4nfv from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Fix tenant interface type"
  - Fix tenant interface type

    JIRA: -

    In setup-openvswitch role, tenant interface
    type is static which will cause failure during
    network restart. Set it to manual instead.
