Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Improvie TRex RFC2544 throughput calculation"
  - Improvie TRex RFC2544 throughput calculation

    Improve TRex RFC2544 throughput calculation by using the in/out packets
    instead of using the throughput samples.
