Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/dovetail from branch 'master'
  - Adapt Yardstick fraser

    Yardstick fraser has changed from openstack python client to shade.
    OS_INSECURE is not a key for shade.
    It needs to be OS_VERIFY.
