Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Remove add_images.sh"
  - Remove add_images.sh

    The Docker images should not host any OS image. They shall
    be pre-downloaded and mounted as a docker volume to the
    functest container.

    Also, add scenario argument to skip images that are not needed for
    the scenario
