Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
  - xci: Drop the python-crypto dependency

    The upstream pw-token-gen tool doesn't need python-crypto anymore since
    e9f957861b4160640f6debb2b939084ec43b43b2 ("Make pw-token-gen.py more
    random") so we no longer need to install that package.
