Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
  - Conform with LFN doc rules

    It hugely hacks docs to move away from submodules.
    https://docs.opnfv.org/en/latest/how-to-use-docs/local-build-transition.html

    It removes intern reports which can't be integrated in this new model.
    All wrong links now deteted are updated.
