Update git submodules

Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Auto: Project Modification in armband jobs"
  - Auto: Project Modification in armband jobs

    In order for us to run a job template from
    armband project and to override the project
    parameter that defaults to auto we need to
    modify the template for the deploy job from
    armband.
