test: Set build name of test jobs to DEPLOY_SCENARIO

DEPLOY_SCENARIO will be set to os-[controller]-[nfv_feature]-[mode]-[extra]
The fields could be
- controller: (nosdn|odl|onos|ocl)
- nfv_feature: (none|kvm|ovs)
- mode: (ha|noha)
- extra: installer specific field to use when needed or none
